Updates coming to Salon 3|5
We have quite a few policy changes taking place, starting August 1 2021.
- Color services booked with Chloe and/or Maddy will now be charged by the hour; $75 PER HOUR.
- This is for ANY color service- balayage, root touch-ups, highlights/lowlights, fashion colors, etc…
- Any CORRECTIVE COLOR service will be $100 PER HOUR. Salon Three Five defines corrective color as HAVING to use 2 or more colors on the same strand of hair to correct the issue.
- Ryan’s color services will remain the same.
- Salon Three Five will be requiring a card on file from here on out. Much like a hotel the card will act as a “hold” for your time reserved. Once the card information is entered into the Meevo system it is not accessible to the public or even the employees. It is locked safely away within the system and censored for extra precaution.
- Same day cancellations will now be charged a flat fee of $25. These are nonrefundable charges. Every client will get 1 freebie pass.
- NO CALL NO SHOWS (which means if you did NOT make an effort to call & cancel your appointment in a timely manner) will be charged 100% of the services booked.
- With every appointment booked our Meevo Confirmation Text system sends out multiple reminder messages. You will receive a message
- 1) right away when you book your appointment
- 2) Two days before your appointment a confirmation text will be sent out. You can respond to this message to let us know if you’re confirming, canceling or need to reschedule.
- 3) another reminder message the day before your appointment.
