Clay & Fern co.
I had the pleasure of reaching out to Amanda with Clay & Fern co. to ask her a few questions! Have you crept her jewels & handmade goodies yet? If not, HIGHLY recommend doing so. Her stuff is good for formal occasions, daily occasions, brides, Mother’s Day gifts, sister gifts, birthday gifts and more!
- Q) What is the name of your business?
- A) Clay & Fern co.
- Q) Is it full time or more of a side gig?
- A) Side Job
- Q) Where can the public find your work?
- A) On my Etsy shop: clayandfernco.etsy.com and limited styles at Affairs by Brittany in downtown Fargo
- Q) Are you originally from the Fargo area?
- A) I am originally from a very small town, Ryder, in central North Dakota. I went to NDSU for college and never left!
- Q) How did you get started in your craft?
- A) I started Clay & Fern co. last summer as a way to make some extra money and keep myself busy when we were stuck at home. I’ve always loved crafting and creating different things but when I started making earrings I fell in love with the process! I love to create unique handmade pieces that aren’t trendy & are made to last for years.
- Q) Tell us a little about yourself
- A) My name is Amanda Schroeder and I am the manager at Affairs by Brittany, so my days are filled helping brides feel beautiful & find their dream dress! I love plants and currently have around 40 in my house. I spend my days off hanging out with my husband either doing something outdoors or thrifting together!
