As we consistently have been doing, Salon Three Five just likes to reassure our clients (and the public) that we are still doing everything that is recommend to prevent and/or slow the spread of COVID. We’ve told and showed you before that we are still maintaining cleaning & disinfecting but furthermore Salon 3|5 has something not all salons have: a fresh air filtration system!
This system was initially put in because long ago the salon offered nail services. In the state of North Dakota this is a salon regulation for offering nail services.
Air exchangers work by circulating stale indoor air out of a place and circulating fresh air in from outside. Exchangers use one fan and vent system to blow indoor air out, while another sucks fresh air in.
Originally, we never thought much of our filtration system unless we were praising it for getting the perm smell out faster. But the CDC changed our perception on having this fresh air system. A couple months ago the CDC was advising the public to dine & shop in places that have filtration systems. Reason being is that the air is cleaner. Cells and respiratory droplets are not just lingering in the air with no way out.
And here we are, oddly bringing about things we never thought would come up in regular conservation but you know, 2020 has brought out some of the oddest of things.
In summary, we are continually finding more and more ways to make our atmosphere as safe and cleanly as possible. Even if it comes about somewhat unintentionally!
